1. About these terms This website is operated by WePlaybooks ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying a product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products We sell digital educational guides in PDF format ("Playbooks"). Descriptions, page counts and prices are shown on each product page. We may change or discontinue a product at any time, and prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
3. Orders and payment Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your card details. We may cancel an order we believe to be fraudulent or placed in error and will refund it in full.
4. Delivery Playbooks are delivered electronically right after payment. See our Shipping policy.
5. Refunds See our Refund policy. Purchases are covered by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
6. License and permitted use When you buy a Playbook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, store and print it for use in your own household. You may not resell, share, post, redistribute, copy for others, or use it commercially, and you may not remove copyright or branding notices. All content remains the property of WePlaybooks.
7. Educational information, not medical advice Playbooks are general educational information. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional care. Every child is different. Always talk with your pediatrician or other qualified health professional about your child and before changing feeding, sleep or health routines. If you think your child has a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. We do not promise any specific result.
8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Playbooks and site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. WePlaybooks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Playbooks. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.
9. Intellectual property All text, designs, graphics and logos on this site and in the Playbooks are owned by or licensed to WePlaybooks and protected by copyright and trademark law.
10. Privacy Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.
11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
